ISPAT General Hospital (IGH)

The ISPAT General Hospital is one of the modern and well set up hospitals in the city of Rourkela. The hospital offers world class health care facilities and treatments along with the consultation by well experienced and specialists Doctors and Physicians. With a capacity of more than 750 beds the IGH is Eastern India’s one of the best hospitals. The hospital is maintained and managed by the Steel Authority of India (SAIL). National Malaria Research Center (NMRC)

This is one of the oldest Research centers of Odisha established in the year 1988 in order to carry out various tests and researches on malaria. The prime function of National Malaria Research Center is to Examine and demonstrate the suitable disease vector control techniques. The research center also transfers the verified technology to the end users for the cure of Malaria. Along with all these activities the National Malaria Research Center is also involved in various activities such as conducting training and IEC programs, transfer of technology and epidemic investigations etc.
