There is an NGO named Sri Sai SMG which is located in the village called Jabaghat, which runs Kishori project is funded and supported by RSP. The main aim of this NGO is to train and educate the tribal and village girls and make them capable in generating income. The NGO trains these girls in performing activities such as cultivation of mushrooms, processing of food, and improved skills of making Chullah along with making them learn the management skills.

Training is also imparted for making several eatable masala, pickles, and groundnuts productions and all these are sold under the brand name ‘Shristi’ which is again marketed by the support of the Steel Plant. The products manufactured and packed are sold in the open markets of Rourkela and nearby places.
